1968 Nobody's Perfect

In 1960's Japan, mischievous American seaman Doc Willoughby tries to outwit his superiors on the U.S.S. Bustard, attempts to woo U.S. Navy, Lt. Tomiko Momoyama and aims to return a stolen Buddha statue to its Japanese temple.
